Lottie Wilson letter, 1908.

The Lottie Wilson Letter was written in January 1908 by Lottie Wilson, a music student at Oregon Agricultural College to her family in Mount Hood, Oregon. It describes her work in the photography studio of W.S. Gardner and activities in Waldo Hall, where she lived. A broadside advertising a carnival-like event at Waldo Hall on January 18 is included with the letter. The event was a benefit for the Waldo Hall library and featured Mouche Mouche (a guinea pig), fortune telling, and a Japanese booth.
